Dr. Mosk is often asked to help companies, organizations and courts to help address a wide variety of issues in their respective settings. Over the last 30 years, he has served as consultant to many Fortune 500 companies, businesses, and organizations in the U.S. and Canada. His expertise has been requested by the manufacturing, distribution and healthcare sectors. He has provided his services to start-up software companies that develop products for healthcare, insurance and e-commerce clients. His services have also been requested by law enforcement agencies, where Dr. Mosk has assisted with a wide range of management and organizational issues.

He frequently is requested to speak about his research and he has done so for many organizations, association meetings, law firms and the like. Dr. Mosk has an extensive background in industrial health and safety management, assessment of the potential for violence and treating the aftermath of violent behavior, and preventing violence. He has also given many talks about spotting deception, how to diffuse violent situations, and how to use behavioral profiling on an organizational level. Dr. Mosk is proficient in organizational development and management systems, leadership training, and program evaluation.

His expertise includes malpractice issues for mental health professionals, general risk management strategies, and legal and ethical issues in clinical practice. He is well-versed in the ethical, theoretical and practical challenges faced by psychologists.

Dr. Mosk has lectured widely to professional groups, and has published numerous articles in professional journals and books, on topics ranging developmental disabilities, chronic mental illness and child abuse, to social skills training, clinical supervision, workplace violence, and organizational development. His articles have appeared in the Journal of Clinical and Consulting Psychology, the Journal of Applied Behavior Analysis, Hospital and Community Psychiatry, and the Journal of Organizational Behavior Management. He also has served as an assistant editor for several professional publications.
